In 1989, we jointly acquired a leading manufacturer specializing in control equipment for resistance welding machines in the automobile kingdom of America with the company’s management, and restarted it as a joint venture in 1989. Since then, based on our history and tradition, we have improved and strengthened our technical capabilities and production management, steadily built up a track record of delivering to the Big Three, and increased their trust.
